Their signature “bounce back” classes mix barre (which itself is a mix of pilates, yoga stretches, and a muscle-building cardio-intense ballet workout) and HIIT (it’s interval training high intensity, if you haven’t been out of the gym for a while) with mini trampolines – that’s right, mini trampolines. If you’re really looking to spend a quiet day in the Texas countryside with a relaxing Saturday morning yoga session – and maybe some four-legged friends – head to ROSE Therapeutic Farm in Fulshear this weekend for an hour of low-key yoga for stretching and sweating, and baby goats for ‘aww’. (No, we still ain’t done goat yoga.)
