BKFC book Julian Lane against Mike Perry for ‘KnuckleMania 2’ event

After a near brawl outside the ring at a recent Bare Knuckle FC event, Julian Lane and Mike Perry will hit the ropes to settle the score.

Lane vs Perry is scheduled to take place on February 19 at “BKFC: KnuckleMania 2,” which takes place in Hollywood, Florida, but has no venue announced. It is likely to broadcast on FiteTV.

MMA Junkie verified the fight plans with someone familiar with the situation after Perry announced he had signed a contract on Instagram while Lane shared several fan-made fight posters with the match and the date. MMA reporter Chris Taylor first reported twinning.

Perry signed with the BKFC in late 2021 the day after leaving the UFC, where he fought 13 times. He recently competed in Triller’s Triad Combat event in November, earning a split decision victory over Michael Seals.

“Platinum” had a front row seat at BKFC Fight Night: Tampa on December 9, where he had an altercation with his next opponent. Lane threw an object at Perry while in the comment booth, prompting the notoriously fiery fighter to chase after him and engage in a minor brawl before they were separated.

While targeted fighting is Perry’s debut at the BKFC, Lane is much more seasoned in the given fighting style. The season 16 and season 25 actor of “The Ultimate Fighter”, who is famous for his “Let me bang, bro” line, fought seven times under the BKFC banner, going 3-4 to this day.
