The organization was founded in 2016 by Shaikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa with the hope of promoting the sport of mixed martial arts in parts of the Middle East and Europe, which the company has successfully done in the year last by holding a total of 11 live shows despite the global pandemic.

Additionally, other names such as Abdisalam Kubanychbek, Tae Kyun Kim, Velimurad Alkhasov, Sam Patterson and Ahmed Labban rose to prominence and became potential title contenders.

BRAVE CF 50 was also honored as the best event of the year 2021, alongside UFC 268 and Legacy LFA 97, thanks to strong performances across the card headlined by Jarrah Hussein Al-Silawi’s defense. of the super-welterweight title against Ismail Naurdiev.

The company’s fighters weren’t the only ones picking up awards, though.

Longtime BRAVE CF barker Carlos Kremer won Cage Announcer of the Year for the fifth straight year, while promotion commentators Phil Campbell and Kirik Jenness won MMA Commentators from the year for the second consecutive year.

BRAVE CF 57 will take place on March 11 at the Khalifa Sports City Arena in Isa Town, Bahrain, headlining Hamza Kooheji and Brad Katona’s fight for the now vacant bantamweight title that was once held by the Filipino out Stephen Loman competition.
