The first UFC pay-per-view event in 2021 was UFC 257, which saw the second fight between Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor. Unfortunately, Rogan did not comment on this event as it took place in Abu Dhabi. However, his comment at UFC 258 was absolutely adored by spectators. Likewise, he was also present at 259; the event where Jan Blachowicz faced off against Israel Adesanya. Here, Rogan has been criticized because of a big mistake he made when interviewing the Polish fighter. However, the commentator graciously accepted his mistake.

During UFC 260, the famous commentator and comedian was present at UFC APEX to bring the atmosphere to life. However, it was his hilarious reaction to UFC 261 that stole the show. When Kamaru Usman took out Jorge Masvidal, Rogan’s reaction led him to become a trend on Twitter. He was also seen at UFC 262, 263 and 264. Unfortunately, his presence was missed at a few UFC PPV events after 264.

What UFC PPV Events Did Joe Rogan Miss?

UFC 265 was held at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, while UFC 266 was held in Las Vegas. But although both events are US-based PPVs, Rogan was not on the comment booth. They say he was not part of 265 because that was wrong with his comedy tour schedule. Instead, Daniel Cormier, Dominick Cruz and Jon Anik were seen serving as commentators.

Additionally, he is said to have missed 266 due to a hunting trip. Former UFC lightweight Paul Felder replaced him. It was also not seen at UFC 267, as it took place in Abu Dhabi.

How many PPV events did Joe Rogan attend in 2021?

While Rogan missed two major US-based PPV events, he returned after a four-month absence. He has been reviewed as a commentator at UFC 268. Jon Anik and ‘DC’ have joined him. Once again, at UFC 269, all three commentators were on hand to lend their voices to the hit fights. This event marked the last PPV event for the promotion.

Many shocking results took place over the course of Main Card 269. When Julianna Peña submitted Amanda Nunes, all three commentators went nuts. The fans really appreciated their reactions.
