Siri Fort badminton courts will host Matrix Fight Night

The Matrix Fight Night has announced the Venue Partners for the next edition, which is set to take place on June 24. MFN 9 will once again return to Siri Fort Badminton Courts in New Delhi with an action-packed lineup featuring India’s Sanjeet Budhwar taking on Serbia’s Djordje Stojanovic.

MFN, India’s largest mixed martial arts event, which is sanctioned by the All India Mixed Martial Arts Association (AIMMAA), India’s largest and oldest governing body for mixed martial arts, and the World Authority of Mixed Martial Arts Federations (GAMMAF), saw large crowds at their previous edition at the same venue in March.

MFN organizers explained the reasons for the return to the same location and also promised an even bigger and better show this time around at Siri Fort Badminton Courts for MMA fans in the nation’s capital.

Speaking ahead of MFN 9, Alan Fenandes, Director of Operationssaid: “Delhi has been good to the fights and the fans and at MFN we cannot and will not ignore that. We are grateful to our partners in Delhi who always make us feel welcome and make MFN the first MMA promotion in India.”

Ayesha Shroff, co-owner, MFNadded, “After the fantastic response to MFN8 in Delhi, we honestly had no choice but to come back with MFN9! Looking forward to another amazing show from our fighters and fans.”

Meanwhile, MFN 9 also announced MMA Matrix as Gym Partners, along with Total Healthsums as Health Partner. MFN also welcomed Tyche Media as an event partner for the ninth edition and will continue its association with June Fit AF as a fitness partner.

A passion project of Bollywood superstar Tiger Shroff and sister of fitness icon Krishna Shroff, MFN will once again return to ‘Dillwalo ki Dilli’. MFN 9 will feature 20 of the top MMA athletes from all over India and to add how MFN has spread across the globe, MFN 9 will also feature several foreign MMA fighters.
